Miracles Never Cease

This might not be the most spiritually informed entry of my life, but I wanted to post regarding two things:

A. My dog is definitely "reformed" in his ways after being Neutered. This is a huge answer to prayer. Even my mother, who doesn't particularly like our dog, has been praying that he would get better with his housetraining and aggression so we can keep him.

B. People other than my five friends/family are reading this blog. I was just tagged by "julie" (not to be confused with dear friend Julie Garner) who apparently has read my blog. I'm going to respond to her tagging here by posting 7 interesting things about myself...this could take a while!

1. I fell out of a two-story window at 18 mos. of age and only needed a few stitches.
2. From the ages of 10-18, I thought God wanted me to be a foreign missionary. To this day, I have never been overseas.
3. I play piano, violin, trumpet, and have attempted guitar.
4. I never moved until I was 18. Since then, I have moved 7 times.
5. I have been in a television commercial with my husband.
6. I lived on the street where "Stepmom" was filmed...met actor Ed Harris during the filming, and was neighbor to Rosie O'Donnell on that same street.
7. I have played the parts of a drunk singer (Vera in "Mame") a nun (Maria in the "Sound of Music") and an adulterous woman (In a church Easter production).

Whew...that took some thinking. The truth is, I am a simple, stay-at-home, homeschooling mom who can't imagine being in the workforce outside. I am called to this!

YAY! Thanks for participating! I think it's so fun to read the responses people give when being tagged!!
Glad things are going better with your dog (I frankly don't care a whole lot for pets - but I do like animals). Does that make sense?

Thanks, Julie. I think anybody who is a mom "gets" the idea of liking animals but not caring for pets. They are just one more time-snatcher. Most of my mom-friends are either glad they don't have pets or wishing they didn't!

Kristin,

These are great fun facts about you! So much cooler than anything I could think to say about myself. I loved this entry--spiritual or not. And I'm glad Copper is finally on the route to good behavior!
